Greetings from Hidden Beach - The World's Only 5 Star, Gourmet Inclusive, Clothing Optional Resort. "Clothed when practical, nude when appropriate."
Artist Carolyn Quan to Immortalize Hidden
From December 3rd through 9th, acclaimed photo collage artist, Carolyn Quan will exhibit, sell and create her masterpieces at Hidden Beach.
Quan's beautiful and unique work is created by blending and layering her own original photographs to create photo collages. "The beauty of Hidden Beach Resort provides the perfect medium for my work," says Quan. "I am very excited and honored to not only showcase my artwork for the guests of Hidden Beach Resort, but to have them participate as my subjects by posing for photographs throughout the resort."
During her stay at Hidden Beach, Quan will host shows twice daily. Guests will have the opportunity to meet the artist and participate in a preview shoot, during which time she will photograph individuals or couples and collage the images into art as complimentary mementos. Guests are also invited to book custom photo shoots that will take place around the resort and result in professional one-of-a-kind collage creations. Rates for these packages start at $500 for a 20-minute meeting and a 20-frame photo shoot at the beach. For $1,500, guests can purchase the superior package including a 200-frame photo shoot anywhere in the resort and up to two rounds of collage modifications.

Au NaTURTLES
All is going swimmingly for this season's sea turtles. Hidden's beach now extends down past the new Moonlight Lounge and seemingly on forever, plenty of nesting space for the plucky little paddlers. Currently, four batches are buried snuggly in their sandy little nests just waiting to hatch and find their way to the sea under the moonlight.

Valeria Burgos Maldonado
One might ascertain from her lovely sun-kissed complexion and beach-blond locks that Valeria descends from Scandinavian ancestry. One would be wrong; she is 100% Mexican. And within moments of speaking with her, one would be 100% convinced, as she has inherited all the warmth and charm characteristic of her culture.
Valeria is from Mexico City and has been working for Karisma Resorts since she moved to the Mayan Riviera a year and three months ago. Her first seven months were spent as a member of El Dorado Seaside Suites' entertainment team. Then, to her delight, a Concierge position became available at Hidden Beach. She eagerly applied and was snapped up. As a concierge, Valeria spends her days doing rounds and tending to guests' needs, which she says is a delight, as Hidden Guests are by far the friendliest!
When asked if she had any unique talents, Valeria paused a moment before saying, "I'm not sure if it counts, but I just got 100% on my first aid exam." (Guys: No fake drowning to test her CPR prowess please.) Any bad habits? "Yes," she sheepishly confesses, "I'm horribly jealous." (Gals: If you see her chattin' somebody up, first remind her that she's at work then run for your life!)
As for the resort's Au Naturel concept, Valeria has yet to mention it to her father. She did, however, confide in her mother, who offered this advice, "Maintain eye contact at all times." But to Valeria it all seems very natural. "After all," she says, "even if it's just to avoid getting ugly tan lines, why not?"
