Hidden Beach is located on the beatiful Mayan Riviera, just one hour south of Cancun. www.hiddenbeachresort.com |
Greetings from Hidden Beach - The World’s Only 5 Star, Gourmet Inclusive, Clothing Optional Resort. “Clothed when practical, nude when appropriate.”
Bashes and Birthdays
Butch Slaughter, President of Rowdys of the Caribbean, and his wife Kathy, visited Hidden Beach mid-April to celebrate Kathy’s birthday and enjoy Spring Break. Rumor has it she got a little misty when all the waiters brought her flowers on the beach and sang Happy Birthday in Spanish. Kathy, we noticed you weren’t sporting your birthday suit on the one occasion it’s expected! You looked smashing nevertheless.
Don’t forget to mark your calendars, Rowdys’ M.O.A.P (Mother of All Parties) runs from June 9th - 16th at Hidden Beach. Everyone’s welcome to join in the fun at the huge annual event.
What’s New
With little warning they appeared in the pool. They’re green, they’re floaty and Hidden Beach guests can’t get enough of them. Once aboard the new, foam floats, guests enjoy a relaxing, downright heavenly experience, a well deserved reward given the flailing required to tame the savage beasts and mount up. Rest assured you’ll get the hang of it.
A Taste of Hidden
Forget liquid courage, try liquid hope!
From her profile in the February issue of Au Naturel News you may recall that the name of our lovely beach and poolside server Esperanza, means “Hope.” The comments of loyal Hidden Beach guests, Jim Miskimen and Charles McCullough regarding her namesake drink, suggest that the sentiment of her name transcends the limits of her vibrant personality to delve into the world of fabulous cocktails. After creating a great, new drink, Esperanza was asked for its name and offered, “I don’t know, “Something Greenish?” All agreed that naming it after her better reflected the delicious concoction. To create Esperanza at home, put ice in a blender, then add vodka, Kahlua, piña colada mix, and finally, kick it up a notch with a little fresh banana.

Cinthia Yazmine Ramirez
As the Hidden Beach Concierge, Cinthia Ramirez is kept busy tending to guests’ spa or dinner reservations, transportation arrangements, maintenance orders, gifts (for those who attend Exotic presentations) and special requests from Exotic or RCI members.
She prides herself on delivering on all guests’ requests commenting, “If I’m having trouble making something happen, the stress goes straight to my stomach.”
She reveals this tidbit while recovering from fulfilling a last minute request for limousine service.
Cinthia has a 15 year old daughter named Alejandra, for whom she is setting a great example regarding the value of hard work. In her one and a half years working for Exotic Resorts, Cinthia has won nine awards for her outstanding work. She has also achieved the personal goal of purchasing her own car.
On a personal level she is a self professed movie buff, who’s proud of her Norteña (Northern) roots. She hails from Nogales, Sonora, which was named for the many walnut trees that grow in the region. So, be assured that little will surprise her, you’ve seen one nut you’ve seen ‘em all.
